2007 Everett Ridge Sangiovese, Dry Creek Valley

One of the best wines we have produced at Everett Ridge, the 2007 Sangiovese is beautiful. This wine has a smattering of the Montepulciano grape blended in, too. The experience starts with sweet oak, vanilla, and ripe blackberry cobbler aromas. While the ripeness of the fruit is present, it is a restrained, balanced wine. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, our Sangiovese has lots of black cherry and berry flavors. There is a bit of cocoa in the finish, too. Enjoy!
