<p>Usually, the Everett Ridge Estate produces some of Dry Creek’s
finest syrah; and our 2006 vintage certainly continues that tradition.
</p>
<p>The wine has aromas of toasted vanilla oak,
black cherry and cocoa. The mouth is full of black cherry, blackberry,
and plum, with just a hint of the customary bacon flavor we often get
in the Syrah. It's ripe, juicy and balanced.</p>
