A big, full-flavored Syrah. Dark, ripe blackberry flavors are
accented by chocolate, allspice, coffee and sweet oak.
This wine has density and plushness in the mouth to match its
remarkable fruit intensity.
The Everett Ridge Estate Syrah would make an excellent
complement to barbequed beef short ribs.
Enjoyable now; will improve with bottle aging for up two
years.
