This pure expression of
Viognier – the most floral of white wines—is
exotically perfumed with honeysuckle and plumeria flower. In the
mouth, its tropical fruit flavors of mango, guava and lychee are
released, followed by a vibrant and flinty acidity.
Such an extroverted wine, this Viognier can take on bold
flavors and would complement dishes such as grilled sea bass with
mango salsa, Indian green curry chicken or Thai coconut
shrimp.
Drink within two years, as it is ripe for enjoying now and
requires little aging to develop its full aromatic
complexity.
